About Us

We help people who want to improve their financial health make better financial decisions. We do this by offering clear information and straightforward comparison tools to help them choose the right financial products and services for their circumstances.

We believe in making the right financial decisions, clarity and accuracy are essential. As a result, we've created guides and comparison tables that help cut through the confusion. We also want everyone to have an equal opportunity to access our information, so our guides and comparison tools are free. There are no forms to fill in and no questions to answer. It's that simple.

Our Story

We started MustCompare in 2019 because we saw a need for financial awareness in the UK. Our experience in the loans industry demonstrated that many struggle to save and plan for unexpected events. We also have seen how the financial services comparison industry has become commercialised; customers are expected to complete lengthy forms and part with their data to be "matched" with products or to make comparison. There is a growing need for transparency in the industry. We're made up of a small team of experts in London; all of us are passionate about bringing something new to the market. We are FCA regulated and are members of the CCTA, so you can rest assured that we are doing things right.

Why can I trust MustCompare?
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Additionally, we carefully screen all providers and products we show on our site and ensure all financial services providers are also authorised and regulated by the FCA.

How does MustCompare make money?
We make our money through the providers we feature. For example, our providers pay us a fee or commission when you visit their site or buy one of their products by clicking our links, but this doesn't cost you.

We also show products that do not earn us money but may interest you. These products are normally listed without a button or link. We may also receive money from providers who advertise on our website or are featured in our emails, guides or social platforms.
All our services are free for you to use.
